Prepare the feedstock
Organic material is prepared and pre-treated for the selected digestion process. Feedstock suitability and supply are evaluated for each project.
OUR TECHNOLOGY
A connected approach to feedstock preparation, biological conversion and gas upgrading, designed around the needs of each plant.
FROM RESOURCE TO RENEWABLE
Explore the four core stages of the biogas journey.
Organic material is prepared and pre-treated for the selected digestion process. Feedstock suitability and supply are evaluated for each project.
Microbial digestion converts prepared organic material into raw biogas. Reactor design, mixing and process control are coordinated around the feedstock.
Gas cleaning and upgrading systems prepare biogas for its intended use. VPSA purification forms part of our Bio-CNG plant configurations.
Compression and storage systems connect upgraded biogas with Bio-CNG fuel infrastructure. Digestate processing creates a route to bio-fertilizer.
Digestate dewatering, fertilizer recovery and slurry-water reuse help make better use of organic resources. We configure each process around the feedstock and reactor system.
